Mr. Alhaji Bah the newly appointed Chairman of the Timber Association has been a man of the people since he started his operations in the Timber deal. His appointment to the position of Chairman in such a credible institution is appreciated by many well meaning Sierra Leoneans who always admired Mr. Bah’s leadership qualities and his magnanimity extends to people mostly who are in dire need of assistance.
One of his admirers is the Chief executive Officer (CEO) of Lead Way Trading Company, which serves as the sole agent for timber export in Sierra Leone, Babadie Kamara, who has on March 10th, in a letter directed to the Founder and National Coordinator of Timber Association in Sierra Leone, Alhaji Alpha Kallon, congratulated and assured of his fullest support to the newly appointed chairman of the association.
“I am ready to give my full support to Alhaji Bah because I am confident in him and I have the strong conviction that he is going to deliver in his capacity as the Chairperson of the entity” were the exact statements of the Leadway Trading Company tycoon, Mr. Babadi Kamara.
“We are committed to ensuring maximum cooperation with your association in all operations and we look forward to receiving your fullest cooperation in equal measure. Once again, be rest assured of our unwavering support and cooperation at all material times in the trade,” the director reiterated.
The director ended by congratulating Alhaji Bah on his assumption of the office of Chairman of an association regarded as very important in development and growth of Sierra Leone.
Several members of the Timber Association who spoke to our pressman extoled and celebrated the appointment of Mr. Bah to the position of Chairman as they see in him the potential ability to judiciously handle the affairs of the association with alacrity
