The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has, in a press release dated 2nd February 2026, slammed a total of NLe350,000 fine on the APC.
According to the press release, two senior APC members in the persons of Lansana Dumbuya Esq, the party’s National scribe and celebrity, Zainab Sheriff violated sections of the PPRC Act during the party’s last weekend mammoth meeting at the Atouga Mini Stadium, East of the capital.
The two were fined Nle200,000 and NLe150,000, respectively.
