“Today, on behalf of the government of Sierra Leone, I signed the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Sierra Leone and UAE aimed at strengthening trade and investment cooperation. The agreement will reduce trade barriers, enhance investment flows and promote private sector collaboration in key sectors. As an example, over three years of signing the CEPA, trade between UAE and India moved from $60 billion to over $100 billion,” President Bio as reported as saying
UAE’s President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President Julius Maada Bio witnessed the signing of the agreement.
