Foundation of Islamic Information (SL) LTD (FOISIL) last, January 29th conducted the final and last stage of scrutinizing participants for the 12th National Quranic Memorization Competition (NQMC).
The vetting session is a yearly routinely activity that follows the knockout stage. Successful candidates at the knockout phases are made to meet authorities in Quranic and Arabic education and provided with orientation regarding the upcoming competition.
Dr. Mohamed Bassier Jalloh and FOISIL’s Registrar- Sheikh Makkah Bah presided over this very important event. They patiently listened in brief the recitation of all 10 representatives from all the 5 regions of the country. The impression, they stated, was good and everyone looks forward to a 12th NQMC that promises a superb outcome. The duo further guided the participants to keep doing revision, staying focused on the competition that comes ahead and urged them to be composed and be in readiness to demonstrate expertise in Quranic recitation and memorization,on Sunday Ramadan 1st March, 2026 at FBC.
