It was a one-off experience. A cosseting ride. A journey seems to be never-ending, but with safe arrivals. Afterwards, the root may be bitter, but the fruit is sweet— Education!
The main hope of a nation lies in the proper education of its people, and that is why the School of Education, Njala University has brought it to their doorstep— Kono.
So, today, 15th August 2020, will be the final set of the 2019/2020 Matriculation for 108 matriculants for the Kono District distance learners at the Kono District Council hall, Koidu town in a well masked-up and socially distanced manner.
Coming next, will be processions of the matriculants, then DVC, Bo Campus and entourage.
The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Bo Campus, Professor Mohamed Syed Fofanah, the Dean, School of Education, Professor Adlyn Johnson and other senior authorities are to deliver landmark speeches.
